User Data Deletion

If you have interacted with Follow The Tail on WhatsApp — for example to place an order, get order updates, or chat with us — we store your phone number and related order information so we can serve you.

You can request that we delete this data at any time. To do so, email us at info@followthetail.in with the phone number linked to your WhatsApp conversation and orders, and the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

We will verify the request and permanently delete your WhatsApp conversation data, stored phone number, and associated order records from our systems within 7 business days. We'll send a confirmation email once this is done.

Note: If you have an active or recent order that requires this information for delivery, warranty, or legal/tax record-keeping purposes, we may retain the minimum data required until that obligation is complete, after which it will be deleted.
